The development of resistance to targeted therapies is one of the greatest challenges in precision oncology, with immediate implications for patient management.
Persistent cells, which act as reservoirs of genetic resistance, are a priority target. Our first project investigates the adaptations and vulnerabilities associated with the inevitable emergence of resistance to BRAF and MEK inhibitors in BRAFV600E lung adenocarcinoma, with a focus on energy metabolism, in order to identify new therapeutic targets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
