It is Belgium\u2019s largest event in the field of pneumology, at which all the key stakeholders active in the field are represented.<br><strong>The BeRS encourages collaboration<\/strong> and fosters friendly interaction amongst its members.<br><strong>The BeRS offers continuing professional development,<\/strong> practical workshops and symposia for pulmonologists, trainee doctors, GPs, physiotherapists and nurses, with the aim of promoting high-quality, evidence-based medicine.<br><strong>The BeRS supports scientific research<\/strong> through clinical studies, registries, surveys, national guidelines and scientific awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-bloqify-blocks-heading\">Promoting respiratory health<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-bloqify-blocks-paragraph\"><strong>The BeRS promotes<\/strong> basic and clinical research in the field of respiratory medicine at both national and international levels.<br><strong>The BeRS provides scientific advice<\/strong> to all stakeholders in the healthcare sector, such as the government, the general public, patient organisations, the press and partners.<br><strong>The BeRS shares its expertise<\/strong> in the field of respiratory diseases through communication with its members, partners and the general public.<br><strong>The BeRS acts as the voice of Belgian respiratory specialists<\/strong> in dealings with public authorities, the pharmaceutical industry and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector.<br><strong>The BeRS contributes
